Check whether BORGDRONE_REPO_PATH exists; if not:
Initialize repository at path
Export key to BORGDRONE_REPO_KEY_FILE location
Run borg check on destination repository
Run borg create to create new archive
Run borg prune on destination repository
Run borg compact on destination repository
