Lockscreen improvements.

[FIXED]     Switching between guide and unlock screen.
[ADDED]     Sign out button in action so you can sign in with a
            different master password.
[REMOVED]   Change password from MPConfig.  There are better facilities
            for this now.
[FIXED]     Image names in the lockscreen.
