[UPDATED]   Crashlytics.
[IMPROVED]  Sending logs and configuration to crashlytics, added
            sendDebugInfo option that allows the user to choose to send
            more info.  Now also sending a device identifier.
[ADDED]     Avatar selection dialog when a new user is created.
